Late Fine

1^st week from the due date -Notification & Observation.

2^nd week after the due date -Per day 2 taka late fine for each loaned item.

3^rd/4^th week after the due date -Per day 5 taka late fine for each loaned item.

If items are not returned within 30 days the user will lose library privileges.
