IJE(International Journal of Environment): If the conference papers are NOT copyrighted, authors can submit to the IJE with similar content, otherwise, a conference paper must be extended by at least 25% before submitting to the IJE. This is to avoid any conflict of self- plagiarism and copyright infringement.
Guest Editors will manage the entire review process and inform the Editor-in-Chief as an XSL file having paper ID, title, review comments for each paper by at least 2 reviewers and GE's decision on Accept or Minor Revision or Major Revision or Reject. Then, upon approval from the EiC, the GE will inform all others and finalize it. GE will be needed to write an Editorial for the special issue once all papers are accepted.
