Yes, You do need to submit the registration fee through bKash prior to online registration. You will be asked for a bKash code in the registration form which you'll receive after submitting the fee only.
2. If I sign up now and cannot attend the conference, can you refund the fees paid?
Partial refund depending on the date of notification.
3. Do I have to bring my laptop for presentation?
Yes, please bring your laptop if convenient. Remember to bring adaptors with you if you own a
MAC computer.
4. What does the registration fees cover?
For a presenter: Poster/oral presentation, Conference Program, Scheduled Lunches and
breakfast, entry to all the sessions, Name Tag, and Conference bag.
For participants: Conference Program, Scheduled Lunches and breakfast, entry to all the
sessions, Name Tag, and Conference bag.
5. How long can my oral presentation be?
Your oral presentation can be 10-15 mins. including discussion.
6. Is there any discount in registration fee if my abstract is accepted?
No, you still have to pay same amount of money as others, however, extreme circumstances will
be dealt on an individual basis.
7. Can I change my abstract after submission?
Once you abstract is submitted, you cannot make changes.
8. Can I transfer my conference fees to my colleague, as I cannot attend the conference?
Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made via email. Registrants who
fail to attend the conference and do not notify the conference organizing committee are
responsible for full payment.
9. How and when will I be confirmed about my registration?
ASAP through email.
10. I along with one of my friends want to participate in this program to give an oral
presentation (if we will be selected). Should both of us be registered or we can register as a
team?
Both of you have to register individually.
11. Does the registration process depends on Abstract submission?
No. You can register as only participant (not presenting).
