Before participating in the conference, these rules should be maintained by all:

1. Participation in teams (Maximum 2 authors) is allowed. To ensure the maximum number of research projects, more than 2 people in one team is not encouraged.
2. Each person from a team has to register individually.
3. Begin your Registration once your abstracts are selected.
4. Only participation with research papers is preferred, not review papers/articles.

Registration Procedure:

To complete the registration process, you must fill up the ICNST'23 Registration Form, submit it to our online system, and send the bank payment receipt to icnst@auw.edu.bd if the registration fee payment is made through the bank account.

What Registration Fees Covers?

The registration fee will cover the conference kit, program booklet, tea /snacks during breaks, 2 days lunches and a dinner. Transportation and accommodation must be arranged by the participants.
