Mukesh has worked as sustainability researcher and consultant with universities, non-profits, and the corporate sector. He completed his PhD in Environmental Sciences and Policy from the Central European University (CEU), Budapest. In his PhD dissertation, Mukesh estimated energy savings and GHGs emissions reduction potential as slum areas in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa transition to efficient energy technologies by 2040. Mukesh has teaching experience under the Roma Graduate Preparation Program at CEU, Budapest. He is interested in linking theory with practice, science with policy, and knowledge with action, through diverse systems and knowledge management tools.
In the Fall 2017 Semester, Mukesh will be teaching Energy and the Environment; and Global Climate Change courses, Regional Environmental Challenges in Asia (RCHA 2012).
