What is the Entry Criteria and Eligibility for Asian University for Women programs?
To be considered for Regular Admission, an applicant should:
Transfer students are encouraged to apply to AUW. Transfer of credits will be decided upon evaluation by the Academic Committee.
AUW seeks students who demonstrate courage, empathy, and outrage at injustice. Applications are selected based on the student’s academic performance, personal statement, and record of extracurricular activities and community activities.
While all applicants are considered for the Undergraduate Program, if a promising candidate’s performance on the entrance exam shows the need for additional academic preparation, she will be admitted to the Access Academy. Upon successful completion of the Access Academy program and passing of its exit exam, the student will enroll in the Undergraduate Program in the following academic year.

Step 2: if you are eligible as per the AUW Admission Eligibility Criteria you would receive Admit Card for appearing for AUW Entrance Examination
Step 3: Appear for the AUW Entrance Examination online / offline as decided by AUW at assigned AUW Test Centers
Step 4: On passing the AUW Entrance Examination, you will be invited to appear for a Face to Face / Skype Interview
Step 5: On Selection, you have to submit all necessary documentation including Self Assessment Form if you wish to avail Financial Aid / Scholarship from AUW
Step 6: AUW will roll out your offer Letter mentioning the Tuition Fees on selection based on eligibility criteria/ Entrance Examination and Personal Interview result
Step 7: Pay AUW Admission Fees and Tuition fees
Step 8: Application for VISA assisted by AUW Team and arrangement for travel
Step 9: Report to AUW Campus

Is there any Financial Aid/ Scholarship?
Yes, Asian University for Women strives to meet the financial need of each admitted student and offers full and partial financial aid/scholarship based on each family’s background and financial circumstances. All financial aid awards are assessed prior to the beginning of the academic program. Transfer students are not eligible for Financial Aid.

The medium of instruction in AUW is English. AUW has a writing center with the goal of strengthening overall English language writing and communication skills of its students.
Can I change my Major after joining Asian University for Women?
Yes, you can change your Major after joining Asian University for Women. Modeled after American liberal arts institutions, AUW’s undergraduate curriculum consists of three years of study. The curriculum seeks to develop creativity of thought and vision, critical thinking and reasoning skills, and exceptional writing and speaking skills. The undergraduate curriculum consists of a core program, a major, an optional minor, and elective courses. The 1st year of their UG Program is core curriculum which ims to introduce students to the important modes of thought and reasoning, and includes courses in social analysis, ethical reasoning, literature, civilization studies, the arts, science, and mathematics. From the 2nd year or UG2 students actually start their majors.
